Apparently he doesn't go by "Big Shaq". He doesn't consider himself a rapper. That was a character invented on/for a show. And decided to take it to the next level as a parody.

Looks like this guy is a British comedian with a pretty big following. Doesn't seem like its a 15 mins of fame kind of thing. He may not end up being big over here though.
Knowing that its not supposed to be taken seriously and was meant as jokes, I kinda like it. I think it is funny. (side note: I liked the Jim Jones cameo, haven't see that guy in a while)
