LOL nope, won't even be close to the real thing. funny pho story. my cousin went for pho and ordered the rare beef and spring rolls as we always do and in the spring rolls there was a string like what you use to tie up a chicken. we say that he got the special flavour string |

I made a simple pho soup last month using this broth. Its about on par with the other packet ones you can buy from the Chinese stores. Definitely not in the same league as authentic from the restaurant but still good flavors. |
