10 cents/L gas hike inbound

Remember the imaginary "credits", well we are not done.
Tomorrow gas is going up 5 cents/L from the OPEC agreement to cut supply and the new cap and trade gas tax goes into effect on Jan 1st with a new additional gas tax of 4.3 cents/L on current prices.

Anyone know what all this E"sso Privilege discount 5cent cards" are about?
Saw some esso's selling 50-100$ gift cards but it came with a Esso Privilege card for a further discount of 5cents off per liter of gas.

Those cards are promotional mailings or for target marketing areas. The 5 cents off, those ones have expiry dates so check before buying. or follow link and get the 2.5 cents off for free.
