We should all be accountable for the jobs we do. At the same time, it's much easier to critique someone for their mistakes when you've never had to do their job.
I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that policing, especially in a big city like Toronto, is probably a very stressful job. And for all the "bad" incidents, there's probably thousands of good, properly conducted interactions. And at there very least, there's the SIU to investigate the questionable ones.
