Main floor was reading 27c on tstat, upstairs was very humid. Had fan running all night and the breeze from outside helped a lot.
Too bad Risky caved so fast :p

My supply line to the AC froze yesterday, AC wasn't blowing cold air it ran for something like 15hrs, lol. It's old.. Gotta check the evaporator, might be low on freon, who knows... I hope I don't have to replace the entire unit.

Set to 25.5
Takes temp between two rooms with sensors, and average it out.
Downstairs fluctuate
Ecobee 3 was the best investment ever!
Two thermostats always used to affect each other and one side never came on enough. Now they do their own things, not affected by the temp or the hallway where thermostats are.

I do 75 during the day, and 73 for sleep. was 74/72 last yr but since the price of electricity has gone up in trying to adjust. @ 72 for sleeping I find that the ac runs nonstop. 73 makes a bit of a difference. It's taking some getting used to tho.

I am picking a 410a refrigerant tank today, commercial size. Depending on demand I can do about 10-20 homes (full system recharge).
So if you are running 410a and have issues/leaks I might do this on the side this summer (discharge, pressurize, fix leak, charge system service. HOLLA at yo peasant.

25C on the Nest, but upstairs feels about 1-2C hotter. Usually have a fan pointed upwards in the master.
Starting to think ceiling fans are a pretty good idea, having seen/used them during my trip down in the Carolinas.

I YouTube videos yesterday and went down to the basement, mine looks nothing like the one in the video. I need to figure how to empty the condensate drain real quick or I have to replace filter every few days

I'm going to give a de humidifier a try again, I thought about it and I think the one I had wasn't working properly because I gave it to my cousin and he said it did shit all too. I just hate looking at it.

There's no reason to put a dehumidifier on your main level, you want the moisture out of the basement. If you can, get an older one (80's or older) they run forever. The new ones are garbage.
