Why drink cow Milk anyway?
We're the only mammals that drink another species' milk. Why?
And we didn't even start drinking cow milk until about 600 years ago anyway. The human species survived just fine for thousands of years without cow milk.
There's a growing trend of people who are starting to reject cow milk altogether since cow milk may actually do more harm than good. There are plenty of ways you can get the same nutrients in milk, like vitamins, calcium and so on.

I get gassy when I drink a glass of milk or cereal + milk.
Milk in coffee is fine. Ice Cream ok, yogurt ok.
Whole milk milkshake will cause an eruption.
I grew up on homo milk
Last 3 Asian chicks I dated had some level of lactose intolerance.

I recently bought 2 bottles of Eby Manor guernsey milk. Got 2% and their homogenized 4.8%. Fantastic milk I have to say. Local... and guernsey is healthier than Holstein in terms of the nutrients it provides.
