Since everyone likes threads which involve delivery trucks and goodies...
I'm upgrading the turbo on my NX2000 to a GT2871R. With the boost dialed up, the new 800cc injectors can support well over 400 hp.
I don't plan on having the boost that high. The Tial Wastegate (with screamer tube!) has 7 and 12 psi springs. I'll dyno with both.

nice. haha "screamer tube", did the same on my fiero turbo, holy crap the sound was indescribable! just bounces right off the road under you lol.
but a couple of Nissan SR20's would pull a premium one week before race wars.

Good choice on the gt2871r. It'll spool fairly quickly but I think you're better off w 12 psi spring. What will you use for boost control?

Not sure yet. I'm just gradually acquiring stuff.
I want to dyno with both, just in case - if I won't be competitive in a class, I might have the boost dialed down to run in something else (not sure what the fields will be like in Alberta).
I have to show dyno charts to scrutineers.

Soon... I can't even install this stuff yet. I need to install fuel pump which will move more fluid - and a fuel cell.
There's a lot of work to do.
