Not that I was going to rely on the right to a timely trail... it's retarded how they issued me a court date for a $30 parking charge that the city will lose anyways. Waste of time... I should've just paid it.
"park/leave on private property without the consent of the owner" but I have a credit card transaction receipt to prove otherwise.

My court date is Dec 17, 2012 on a July 06, 2011 offence date.
