Not that coverage, the house rebuild value, rental coverage, blah blah. |
oh rebuild is $400k, no rental coverage cause i'm not renting out anything. |

400k for rebuild on your house? That doesn't make sense, mine is like 280 My rental coverage is 50k, it has nothing to do with rent, it's for when your house is damaged and you have to live offsite in comparable housing you have a maximum you can spend during the rebuild process. I checked this in anticipation of blowing up my house due to incorrectly installed gas lines, it's important information. |

I am with TD, they are the ones that told me rebuild value based on the specs/square footage/materials/age of home/current sq.ft cost to build. If my house is 2,100 sq. ft. with a finished basement it's $133/sq foot to rebuild. Don't quote me on numbers I don't remember but it was around that. There is no way your house is insured for 600k rebuild cost, NO FUCKING WAY. That's 4000+ territory. Or on the flip side TD is scamming me and they know I am gonna blow this bitch up soon and they want to fuck me. |

mine jsut went up to $123 month! what the fuck(no i didnt claim anything) it was $105/month gonna have to call around. They did my rebuild price at 550k |
Clearly they left out the shed. Add $150k. |

I think I paid something like $600 a year |
^ big place you got there! I only got $50k in coverage for sewer back up....considering it isn't furnished, it should be sufficent. Got to read the policy once I get it. They really don't explain the coverages very well. |

I dont have the exact figure with me, I know it's between $500 to $600 1500 sq ft semi-detach so not exactly big |
