looks decent and rides nice,decent interior...+ power and decent handling.
what else you want? + its way cheaper than either of the OP posted cars and offers the same performance.
4 door for the family. its on par with an e39 m5 except the m5 has nicer leather.

LMAO, interior is far from decent unless by decent you are referring to the inteior of c2k's dodge neon. My neighbour a few doors down has one and I try to make myself like it everytime i drive by it and i can't.
Looks, it looks a lot like a regular cts without much distinction aside from the grille/rims. I don't know, it's a good idea, but poorly executed. I was going to suggest the e39 m5, they are cheap, less than the ctsv but slightly older.

I use to have tints on my civic (came with the car) ripped them off later on, and now with my new car I had tints put on. Love the privacy at night and the car isn't so hot inside during the summer.

I definitely like the functional aspect of tint, but I just don't like the way it looks on the exterior. IMO, not all cars are suitable for it.
Example, a tinted black SiR looks like ass (just my opinion
, now if a van/suv isn't tinted then that looks like ass. It's like this inverse relationship thingy.

^agree...dark tints don't suit every car, maybe a light tint for certain colours, but tints on a black car give it a great look.

I've never liked tint man. When I was 16 and I got my first car: '94 Civic Sedan LX, I took the tints off. I then had a 95 CX with the 5 lug and gsr motor, I took the tint off on that. Then I had my SiR converted EK hatch, I took the tint off that. This started long before HT or any trend. Like I said, i like its functionality, but I wouldn't want it on my car. I can deal with very light tint (35%) otherwise it's kills the car for me.
And no, I don't like the red or black Ek's that you posted
