2000 Civic SI

Hey guys I'm new to the forum and just wanted to get some opinons on something. Just found a 00 Civic SI - 45k - seller wants $9,500. Is this too high - per kbb and nada its only worth like $8,300 and this guy wont budge on price. Just wondering what you guys thought. Thanks for any feedback!

I paid $10,000 for my 99 four years ago so I wouldn't pay 10k now.

I also paid about 16,800 in '00 at Glendale Honda over the internet. I still have the car and it was one of my better investments.
