My wife's 99 SI's seat belts seem to be going in really, really slow motion. When you take it off, the seat belt just drops to the ground and does not roll up like it's suppose to. Is there any way to make them retract like they are suppose to?

Really? I'm going to take off the plastic trim to see if adding some grease to the retractor makes them retract on their own vice me

theres no grease..... its a spring.... like a coil spring.... you can take it apart, but you can also screw it up if you dont know how.... i dont want to really try and explain it because i dont want you guys to fu@% up you S#!t...
you have to take off the retracting spring... not just the cover, the whole spring.... if you pop off the cover only you'll have a slinky flying in your face...
