I struggled all spring to hit a 350 bench press... after like 4 weeks of missing the lift I gave up and moved to incline work...
Fast forward 4 months later, I went in last week and decided to give 350 a go as I had hit a 335 incline in the recent weeks... 350 went up...
Now I added a new oral compound to my stack, and hit 365 on flat one week later.... lol... #dontdodrugskids
