Looking to pick up a barbell for my garage gym. I recently picked up a nice rack and weight from a gym in town that was going out of business.
Looking to supplement some strength training at home (mostly squats, deads, presses) and do a little bit of Oly lifting here and there but mostly for form practice not heavy weight.
Don't really want to spend more than 250 bucks...looking at craigslist is all a bunch of rusty old shit.

if you're going to do weightlifting you want something that has some kind of spin, you're going to spend more than 250, rogue ohio bar should be multipurpose enough to do what you want.

Hmm...I guess I have not paid enough attention to it on backsquats...usually use a bar w/o as thats what is most prevalent in my gym.
Also to be fair...big weight for me is not big weight in the grand scheme of things...
