How long was the trial? I think there's some connection to the recent post about running and Appetite. I know that my energy level is linked to my appetite.
However I know that when I was less active I could easily store extra fat. I honestly feel like its more of a switch that gets flipped. Rather than underlying genes. And unless this was twin studies it doesn't suggest it is genetic. Just that its relatively fixed, at least in a short term view.
