WNDYCTYone WNDYCTYone Post Master Supreme Registered: 12/03/02 Posts: 47646 Loc: CHICAGO	I've been working out at home for a couple years so it's not as if I've just been sitting on my ass: lots of pushups and pullups. I have a couple of plates, a pair of dumbbells and a curl bar so generally I'd load of some weights in a backpack, strap it on, and go to work. BUT, I finally signed up at a gym, so I'm totally fucking stoked. Woke up at 5:15a today to get my first workout in at the new place. Attacked legs really good today, so I'll be hurting later today and tomorrow for sure. Oh, and gym in the early-ass AM is fucking sweet, maybe 20 people total with more than half, I'd say, on the cardio machines, so woot to that. Once I get used to getting up that early I'm sure it'll be even better; I was a bit tired today for sure.
