So in the past i've used creatine and protien. I've never been particularly picky. Should I be? Have I been wasting my money on generic shit? What should I get for these 2 supplements?

You know the old saying you get what you pay for, but it depends on how serious you are and how your body reacts. I get all of my supps from biotest: http://www.t-nation.com/store/supplements/
I use the Metabolic Drive Protein powder which to me is one of the best tasting and most effective that I've tried. So far every product I have used from them has been outstanding, not to mention you can call them in CO and they answer, and will provide you info on their products. They are very responsive and helpful.

Biotest is good, but you can get stuff that's just as effective for a fraction of the cost.
The truth is that most any protein powder is going to give you results. The difference between whey concentrate and isolate isn't large, and most powders have more concentrate in them than isolate anyway.
I prefer isolate vs a blend, but i have no information to say it's "better"... I no longer use a casein, and just stick with a whey for all the time...
ON creatine is my choice as it's made with Creapure...

Yeah, most powders are a blend. Even ON 100% Whey is a blend. They don't tell you the ratio, either, so you can rest assured that it is mostly concentrates due to cost.

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?
UMM HOW i word this... ok u take 20 lbs no lifting for 30lb if guy, so divide 2 u dont sit, u get 10 but for guy it no 30, so 20 would be for guy if u werent a girl ?
