Need to get a dip belt. Leather is the way to go. Thoughts on this one:

That looks pretty standard... Your gym doesn't have one or are you home training...?

Both, really. LA Fitness...haven't seen one around. Although I've some guys rocking one from time to time. Not often enough to think the gym carries one. Figured wouldn't hurt to buy one for home as well.

I bought a nylon one, FWIW. Still no rips or anything after 4 years of use.

You should ask. Sometimes they store them behind a desk somewhere.

Nylon here. Thing is beefy and solid.

I've always went with leather in the past. But that's because I've heard horror stories of those dip belts tearing after certain weights being used (50+ pounds).

I would trust my nylon over a leather one any day. It's at least twice as thick as any leather belt I've used.

My gym has a really shitty one with a chain made out of warm solder, and it holds 80lb for me with no issues.

The big ass rings are probably the selling point for me. Was looking to get one of these as well to help with deadlift work.

Awesome!! I've thought of that before when my low back was REALLY bad and I was afraid I'd never be able to backsquat again.

Belt looks quality, too.
