I was lookin at some reason progress pics of me and I realized that I am perfectly happy with the size that I am at with all my muscle groups except for my goddamn chest. Everything is lookin big and shredded, but my stupid chest is wayyy too small. I know there's others out there that are like me with a pesky muscle group.
Some people just aren't meant to have forearms and/or calves. That said, I don't like my forearms or my chest. Neither have grown they way I would have liked them to. Hopefully my chest will grow some during my current bulk.

Yeah, lifting logs helped too. I usually the "compound lift" type guy, but lately I've been switching it up and doing some dedicated small muscle group work.

Chest and then arm size. I've always had strong legs, I can get abs if I work them out regularly. I can get ripped arms, just not huge arms. I've always had a hard time getting my chest as thick as I'd like mainly.
