im not arguing, i like whole eggs and eat them the most. if you cook the whites in a carton they are fine. though obviously not as good as a whole egg.

I disagree about the "healthy" thing. The usual basis for that claim is based on cholesterol, but food has a negligible effect on your blood cholesterol level. That's mostly determined by genetics. The yolks have calcium, vitamin D, vitamin B, vitamin A, folate and a ton of other anti-oxidants.

Eating the whole egg actually helps you absorb all the nutrients.
