That's very cool. I've never done anything like that before.

Which brand and model of ceramic pads? Everyone and their granny makes ceramic stuff now. Although usually their not great at the track. Mostly used for low dust, low noise and decent street performance.

Looked like fun. How many miles did you put on the car? Did you just use 93 octane gas or higher?
watkins glen as I remember is about a 2 mile track with a ton of twists and turns(correct me if I'm wrong). I can see why you went through so many brake pads.

Did you change your brake fluid? I used Ate super blue racing brake fluid with Hawk HP+ brake pads and had zero brake issues at a recent weekend at VIR. Your right about the gas mileage, I got about 9 miles to the gallon on the track. What tires do you use?

If you're tracking more often Logante I would recommend either upgrading to a more agressive street/track pad (Hawk HP+ is noisy and dirty but quite decent) or going full out and swapping to a track only pad at the track then switching back. (Hawk Blues and Blacks I quite like as a track only setup depending on the type of track). If I don't try to destroy my junk too badly I can almost get a season out of the HP+'s. Stock or OEM replacement/ceramics I can scrap in a day, they're pretty garbage.

DO NOT GET X-DRILLED!!!! If you are going to take it to the track you will crack them. Doesn't matter what brand. Get slotted or blanks. I prefer blanks because slotted really doesn't do anything to braking distances, fade resistance etc and the blanks are cheaper. If you will be running agressive track pads you will end up replacing rotors faster than the pads so just get a good OEM or OEM+ replacement (Honda, Brembo, Powerslot, AP etc)
