I actually bought some Sparco Stripes but when I got them.. They were...uh... a lot smaller in real life. They looked a lot bigger in ***** picture. And the gas pedal, was... about the size of stock if not even smaller.. I was thinking... .. what the fuck. But I thought... "Oh, I should just put them on to see what they look like" but ... guess what? I have DRILL into the metal backing just so they are secure.. I'm like..... No, forget, I'm returning them back tomarrow and .. I want suggestions on what kind of pedals to buy. What do you guys think are good pedals, I'm ... leaning towards Mugen cuase.. I hear they are the best .. just pricey. If anybody has suggestions, I would appreciate it. Thanks. ------------------ Mods: Lots of crazy stuff See the wing? BE the wing! Drive my car? You don't need to drill for the Momo touring pedals. Although you do need to tighten the pedal on with 4 screws. If I had the money I spring for the Mugen too. Ray, stop being so indecisive and just get the Mugen and if you don't want to spend that much just the adjustable Razos and you can start practicing heel-toing...------------------ www.andrew.cmu.edu/~rcc/mycivicsi/mycivicsi.html

i almost think its a waste of money but i have pondered the situation myself. go to inlinefour and look at the CTR pedals, they look so sweet. i think it is a toss up btw those and the mugen pedals..why do you want them to be big. i think that would suck to have some bulky pedals to get my feet al jacked under and sheeeet like that. but if i were you i would invest in a better mod. ------------------ 100 horses per litre ...........nuff said

sorry i havent got them. i havent decided to waste that kind of money yet. i want to be able to back up my look first. i have seen them though and they look so clean. Ctr that is. i think they bolt in, may require removal of rubber existing pads, or may require some holes. just a guess. ------------------ 100 horses per litre ...........nuff said

I might hold off since winter is coming, I don't know, I just wanted something better looking and fells better, the gas pedal feels small, I'd like a larger one.. But yeah, I'm leaning towards mugen. ------------------ Mods: Lots of crazy stuff See the wing? BE the wing! Drive my car? FEEL THE DOWNFORCE!!! ^_^

oh ya, real mod = something that makes the car preform better, so far i see like 4 posts asking about headlight bulbs, one askin about pedals, one saying "show me you valve covers" (cause u know the color of your valve cover determains the HP), and about 75 % of these posts on this board are about cosmetic shit, i think this descirbes most fo the people on here ------------------ Coming to a street near you . . . Here is Mugen's explanation for their sports pedal kit: "In mass-production vehicles, the accelerator, brake, and clutch pedals all have the same type of rubber surface. However, in formula machines, only the surfaces of the brake and clutch pedals are made non-slip. This is because in racing, where more demanding footwork is required, the accelerator requires exactness, but the brake and clutch require grip. Mugen believes that this also holds true for sports driving, in which nimble footwork is needed. With Mugen sports pedals, the accelerator has a wide front and rear with a buffed surface finish, while the brake and clutch pedals are small pedals with a nickel-chrome blown metal non-slip surface. All the pedals have a cast aluminum base. They are fitted by replacing the original rubber." ------------------ www.team-vision.org

Looks good Ken...it's going to be hard to decide on those or the ctr ones.Hondaboy...modding a car doesn't always mean that you modify it to make it faster...quite frankly the meaning of modify is basically to change something. So changing something cosmetic is considered modifying is it not? And I'm sorry if i don't like my clutch pedal slipping on me when it rains because its worn down....but i'm sure if you checked my profile I care JUST a tad about performance too... And by the way..this is the general forum..check the performance forums or the hybrid forum if you want to read posts about going faster =) quote: Originally posted by Ken99Si: Here is Mugen's explanation for their sports pedal kit: "In mass-production vehicles, the accelerator, brake, and clutch pedals all have the same type of rubber surface.
