Optima makes alot of different size batteries now. They make them for our cars also.

The people who make Optima are the same people who make Interstate batteries.

Optima for sure, go to Circuit City, they sell them for a good price. But now you need to decide which one to get, Red, Yellow, or Blue? I can help if you tell me what exactly you are going to be using it for, stereo equipment?

Make sure you get the right one. Last time I checked (a while ago) they only had 2 sizes. You need the smaller ones which most stores don't carry. It should be noticably thinner. I think it only has 3 spiral cells in it were the normal size has 6. great battery though. It went through many all night crank fests and never left me stranded. The amps would over heat before the battery would die. But that was a full size one in a chevy pickup.

Lightning Audio batteries, smaller that stock so they fit in the stock location, more power for thier size than ANY optima of comparable size, and the same battery technology used on the Stealth bomber, made in the same factory...

Cold Cranking Amps: 850
Peak Discharge Amps: 1500
Size: 9.75 X 5.25 X 6.75

here is the info sheet... http://www.lightningaudio.com/nosound/main/products/sbx1500_data.html

plus you get a kewl digital display built right into the battery.....
