ANy one have some suggestions as to some good tires to buy to put on my stock wheels?

I'll need measurements and brand names so I can call up the dealers.

I know, the michelins suck...22,000 miles and they're already bald.

Stupid Tires

Thanks!

Since the MD area gets hit occationally (sp?) by some snow, I decided to go for the Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Asy. It's an ultra high performance all season tire. I ordered it at a plus size of 205/50/15. I haven't mounted them up yet, so I couldn't tell you exactly how they perform, but I'm sure it will do well. If you're not worried about getting an all season, then I would suggest Bridgestone RE730 or the Kumhos Ecsta Supra 712's. But a warning to you, these will not do well in the snow. I've heard that both handle great in the dry and wet. The Kuhmos are about $60 each tire, which is a great price for excellent performing tires. You can check your local Costco for the RE730's. They have them there at a good price including mounting and balancing. Well anyways, hope this helped.

The Michelins do suck ass. As far as the bald part though I think that's your fault mine have 35000 miles on them and they still have tread on them. As far as what tires you should get maybe the Kumhos I hear they are pretty good not to mention cheap..

I second the Dunlop SP Sport 5000, 205/50/15 here as well, I've just had them on for a few days so I can't really tell you how they compare to my Kumhos (used for my summer tires), but They are already 10x better than the Michelins.

22,000 miles to change tires is pretty good on Michelin tires. I changed stock tire on 10,000 miles. Then changed to bridgeStone RE-730. In my memory when I got the RE-730, I promise never ever to use XGT-V4 tires. I lost tires/wheels 2 weeks ago and I was pretty like Bridge tires and I thought about bridgeStone Protenza S-3. But it's too too expensive. I thought about continue to use RE-730. But I changed my mind. This time I changed to Kumho. It's cheap, if it's not good maybe after 15K miles I will change back to RE-730 again.

For RE-730, I drove over 12K miles, I thought change it on 150K miles. It was pretty quiet on the new tire and it's not quiet before I lost.
