If you ever noticed, they are "RH Evolution", never Racing Hart. DAZZ still distributes them, and I'm sure Racing Hart oversees their production somewhere because RH does use C2, C5 designs. The main idea was to have the wheels made in the USA to reduce costs and to make them more affordable to the average Joe with a Civic.

They are still decent wheels, I'm actually getting some CP10s (but I don't think I'll have my civic much longer) I just couldn't see my car leave with the same shit I had on to begin with!
