Does it fit? also what would be the offset and would they rub?
What size tires would they use.thanx

If they "does fit your civics" they will probably rub. alot of people have trouble with 7" width let alone 8. It all depends on how much you are lowered.

It all depends on the offset of the wheel. It will rub if you have a low offset, let's say, 35, i had 16x7.5 with 35 offset and rubbed like crazy, i now have 17x7 with 42 offset, barely rubbed, all i had to do was take the little plastic liner out and bend the fenders a little. So i guess my answer to your question would be yes, it would rub, unless you have like a 50 offset or something, don't know if that's possible, but then your wheel would most likely rub when you turn it. ------------------

yeah but you can only do so much positive offset and them it would hit the inside of your fenders and control arms like my 16x7.5" wheels do with a 43mm offset. ------------------

Kyu...nope...my 16x7.5" were so wide I had to shave my rear upper control arm so they would simply fit on. You would need some serious spacers and shave the fuck out of your control arms just to get them fit. But even at that, they would stick so far out of the wheel well it would look fugly.-ryan ------------------
