Well i ordered a CF hood for my 2000 Si and it came today. I start opening the package and my wonderful g/f says why dont you run siccors along the tape. Wel i did but i also ran them across the hood. The scratch isnt too bad just wanted to know whats the best way to get it out if possible. Should i use a clay bar, How do they work. Can they harm anything??
I also have an "SIR" sticker on thge back from a previous owner. Whats the best way to get the glue residue off???

As far as the scratch goes, I am sorry I wouldn't really know what to do. But one thing I will tell you is, you don't want a clay bar. Clay bar is for removing fallout, and overspary. Anyways, good luck with the scratch.
