I drove it yesterday, but the dealer is on a small street so I didn't get a chance to drive it very hard. It has some torque steer and it was a bit nervous on bumpy roads but nothing I couldn't manage. The interior was in decent shape, but the leather was a bit worn and the cassette HU's display was messed up (hard to read).
Front bumper had been cracked on the ground a few times and both fogs were broken

The worst part was it had a bit of a wobble in the steering, tie rods were maybe worn out. It wasn't super bad but I told him I wouldn't pay what he was asking ($8K). I offered him $6500 and he declined. I just saw a 2003 9-3 sedan with 40K for like $10,000 but it's in Ohio. Meh....I'll keep looking.
