if she's a costco member, i'd recommend them. i don't print canvas anymore, but i've had 10 different canvas prints done by them and always been super happy. it's easy to upload to their site and the turnaround is super quick.
one caveat is that they don't have 12x36 listed on their site, but they do have 16x48 which is the same aspect ratio... 12x36 is too small anyway

Is there a reason you don't want to buy locally? I'm positive you can find a good printing shop in your area. Just being a cheap ass?
