Welcome to the additction!
Camber is not adjustable from the factory, however I am not sure if Honda offers a factory camber kit and specifies its use in the manual.
Miata's have pretty light OE wheels in 15x6 (12-13 pounds), but the bore centers are too small to fit on Honda hubs. If you have a good wheel shop around you they should be able to bore it out enough to fit. http://www.miata.net/faq/wheel_weights.html While getting into the sport, I would just get a second set of OE wheels (or get a new set of street wheels and use the stock wheels you have now).
You can use double adjustable struts in stock, but thats all (some high end shocks have 4 adjustments, low and high speed compression and rebound). Koni Yellows have been the de-facto Honda shock for quite some time because they're good out of the box, relatively cheap at about $500/set, and easily available. The other possibly option would be a Bilstein HD, and while they have no external adjustments (not necessarily a bad thing when you're learning) they are cheaper to rebuild than koni's at $65/corner and are pretty offer similar damping rates to the Koni's on the stiffer side of their adjustment.

Are you sure? I had a 1994 Protege and bought 13x5 CRX rims and Victoracers for it, and it was just the opposite. The Honda wheel bore was too small to fit on the Mazda hubs.

You know, I just looked up the specs at a wheel site and it said exactly what you did. The same is true for CRX and Protege. CRX - 56.1. Protege - 54.1. That is really, really strange that the damn things wouldn't fit. Doesn't make much sense.
To the OP - If you want the OEM rims, they sell them at finish line wheels, but they are pretty heavy (18 lbs)and more expensive ($125 to 170 per wheel).

All the Honda aluminum wheels for Civics are around 15lbs. My 00 Civic Si wheels were that weight. And I believe the Fat Fives and Fit wheels are too.

I weighed them back in 2000. But that is from memory. I also remember seeing several posts on the subject back in 2000-2001 and everyone said around 15lbs.
