Can you play videos through the headunit? Obviously the video wouldn't display, but could you at least hear the audio of the video playing? Or would it just not show up on the playlist?

My roommate has his ipod hooked up to his 9835 via the ipod controller and im almost 95% positive he can listen to video's with it. I'll ask him tonight to verify when I get home.
Nope, I have the IDA-X305 in my Evo and video is a no go. I've searched high and low and there are no fixes for this. I even tried just the audio, but the deck won't recognize the video files.
