I just got my 2010 Si sedan, red :D, and while the bass in it isn't bad, it isn't what I got used to in my old SVT focus. I took out the sub I had in there and still have it along with the amp and wires. I searched around and only found replacing aftermarket headunit and sub threads.. Sorry if this has already been answered.

This is the unit I have - http://reviews.bestbuy.com/3545/9037632/reviews.htm

If it can be done I probably plan on just taking it to bestbuy and having them install it, I am really in the dark about all audio components in cars.

Thanks in advance

jl audio make a Clean Sweep that allows you to keep the factory radio, and Stinger makes some cheaper speaker wire to rca converters.
