Even when I say (in Mandarin) “I don’t speak Mandarin, I understand Cantonese” they look at me like I’m lower class.
when listing in a Chinese area I will have a Chinese agent host the open house, it's incredible to watch the difference between mainlander and hk Chinese. Different planets.
