Then they went full retard with it and made bank. Same with this. The law in place is fine and reasonable. Now they are just getting greedy. Although you still see people on phones its not nearly as much of a problem as it once was(nearing the peak before the law went into place). So now that they are likely catching less people. Gotta keep dem profits up, so jack the ticket rate. I dont think it has anything to do with compliance or safety at this point. _________________________

Seems almost all of them are on their cell phones while driving. I dont care what guise they want to hide behind (like "trained driving"/above the law ). thats just unsafe and they should practice what they are enforcing(which also includes speeding). I caught a us news stations story on speeding cops. It was great. They followed them in various cars/had radar guns and used a helicopter. It's not like you can get the current cops to work harder... if they're accustomed to running at say 50%, then they're going to continue to do so.
