Why not a stunt driving charge along with impounding the car? Thats just the thin blue line doing its thing. One set of laws for the cops and another for everyone else

Seriously though, what is the difference in these 2 situations aside from one being a cop? Hell the cop was higher over the posted speed limit 189/80-187/100.
