no trip to Montreal is complete without a trip to Schwartz. Just look on price line, book a hotel and visit the old port and the casino.

Check out http://lofthotel.ca/ if you can afford it ... I scored a freaking amazing deal on their grand opening wk and got a huge ass condo for like $149/night... It's more like double that now tho (Update: checked some random dates, and the Urbain Loft is avail for $169/nite) ... It's right on St. Denis (the Latin Quarters area) ...
What kind of 'package' are you looking for? All you really need is a place to stay (hotel), and ideas of where to drive around ...
Do all the touristy stuff, such as Schwartz's Deli, St Viateur (montreal) bagels, some of the churches, Mont Royale, Olympic sights, Insectarium/Biodome... Then head into downtown Montreal, and St. Catherines street for the night life...
You can also head out to the casino, though like any casino, don't expect everyone to be dressed up in cocktail dresses and suits... IIRC last time I scored $30 at a slot machine

Most of the peelers on St. Catherines are crap these days. Greasing the bouncer, hostess and then girls gets old quick. Or maybe I'm just cheap... Anyways, Gold's is probably the better of the lot. It's too bad they're located on the other side of the city. Regardless, considering OP is going with the g-unit, I doubt hitting up the rippers is part of the plan.
If you're into good food, Montreal is where it's at. Le Local has the best liver I've ever had (cooked perfectly rare). The fresh markets blow the GTA equivalents out of the water - Jean Talon street market and Adonis (awesome meats) are just some of the examples. If you have room in the vehicle, you might as well hit up SAQ depot for 15% off Quebec's already lower alcohol prices. They're the LCBO equivalent.
As already mentioned, Schwartz's is great. If you're close to that area, Little Italy isn't far off and offers a good afternoon of walking around.
List some things you're interested in doing for more suggestions.

Wow! Those are super nice! but Im planning on staying in montreal for 3 nights so I'd rather spend my money and time outside of a hotel room. I just did a quick check on prices, close to 650 bucks for 3 nights. If I wanted to spend that much, i would had spend it on a resort package in the south.

I've only been to montreal once with my buddies 5 years ago to watch the leafs play against the habs and that was a great time! But Im not going to montreal to watch the hockey game. Im going there to spend quality time with the GF since I barely saw her for 3 months, so it'd be a romanatic package get away. I just want to be in a good area in downtown Montreal where I dont have to drive around, and do a lot of walking and food tasting.

I can see my gf leaving my ass behind in montreal and heading back to the GTA all by herself if I ever decided to go to the strip joints.

Where is it in downtown Montreal? I know we would appreciate and enjoy the great foods there. I know she would love going to the fresh market and so would I.

All of those sounds great, I would like to explore and experience the montreal lifestyle and the quebec/french canadian culture. Where and what intersection is the most ideal location to be in downtown montreal? I dont want to do any driving at all since we'd more than likely do a lot of walking with a bit of public transit in the mix if we have to use them. I went on a few hotel/travel sites and couldnt find anything that's helpful for an ideal location in downtown montreal
We're pretty much are open for trying out and experiencing new things.
I know I am, since working 72 hours a week has drained the hell out of me and I am up for fun and so is she.
Thanks guys for the awesome suggestions! Keep them coming!!

When you drive into Quebec, right at the border between ON/QC is a Tourist stop ... Don't even think about NOT stopping there. Just do it.
They'll have the tourist maps that you'll use over and over and over. Montreal is one of those cities that fit perfect on a map.
Oh, and don't turn on red lights, and notes the signs ... I turned into a one-way multi-lane street once
