i would say to try dumping baking soda all over the areas it touched (but don't scrub if it's on paint of course) and rinse it off. When dealing with acids you want to use a base to neutralize it. Then wash it down again with soapy water I guess.

j/k. I will second the idea to use a base such as baking soda.

it will hiss like crazy when you put the baking soda on it,
you may want to do it a couple of times and be generous with it, and try to cover a broad area with it, you will be suprised where it has spread to

I dont know exactly how it happened maybe cause battery wasnt tied down but just followed the rust and led up to the battery.

So just use baking soda and just hose it off??? I really appreciate your guys help!!

Battery acid is sulfuric acid, h2so4. I don't know what concentration it is, but at high concentrations a drop of sulfuric acid on your arm will burn a hole straight through. It is going to rust and pit the metal if its not neutralized. Baking soda will work as everyone has said. Then take a water hose and liberally was it off. You cannot use too much water when dealing with sulfuric. Its water soluble, so it will just mix right in.
