It's the second annual ClubSi/Multi-Forum Mt. Baker Meet & Cruise put on by yours truly. Last year I think we had about 77 cars and I'm expecting a bigger turnout this year! I've read on forums and have been told by more then a handful of people that last year's cruise was the best they'd ever been on, and this year with the help of H&R Springs, we're stepping it up a notch. You won't want to miss this one!
Date & Time: Saturday, September 8th 2007 at 10:00 AM, RAIN OR SHINE
Meeting Place: Burlington, WA. Cascade Mall/Applebee's parking lot, the southeast corner, near Sears and Macys. To get there, head to Burlington. Coming north or south on I-5, you'll take Exit #230 and then an immediate right on SR20 - Go 3 blocks and make a right onto Burlington Blvd. Cascade Mall will be a few blocks down on your right:

General Info: Please be at the parking lot no later then 10:00 AM. Grab some free goodies, including Krispy Kreme donuts (thanks to H&R Springs) and pick up a map from me. A short "driver's meeting" will be held around 10:30 and then we'll head out to Baker. You'll want to bring: •an extra layer of clothes, "just in case" •a picnic lunch and plenty of water/drinks •a Motorola Talkabout-style FRS radio that's capable of using security codes - we will be on channel 07, code 04. •There may be a $5.00 per car fee payable to the National Forest Service when we arrive at Heather Meadows, so bring cash!
Rules: No overly aggressive driving will be tolerated - you will be asked to leave. That means NO DRIFTING. We're driving enthusiasts going on a spirited cruise, not millionaires on a Gumball rally.
Consider: Fuel past Bellingham is CRAP not to mention expensive. There is a Shell station in Maple Falls, but prices there are very expensive. There's a Chevron directly across from the Cascade Mall parking lot and you pass a Shell station at the intersection of SR20 and Burlington Boulevard just after you turn off I-5.
We'll all drive back and start splitting off whenever people have to head, but don't plan on being back in Burlington before 3pm.

I was gonna bring either my slammed dually as a support vehicle for everybody (with a floor jack and tools) or a Turbo'd Saleen last year, but I ended up having commitments... I'm gonna try and do one or the other again this year (not the commitments part)...
I'll probably bring the Saleen...

You definetly should - what kind of Saleen? I'll add you to the list once it's not a 'probably'.
By the way, the event is now sponsored by H&R Springs who'll be providing free Krispy Kreme donuts and drinks at the meet, and it's looking like the event might make it into Modified Magazine.

Count me in. I'll be in the white 2000 Civic CX with For Sale signs on it. Figured it would be a fun way to promote my car and maybe someone there will be interested. I sent you a PM with my info.

im assuming you mean some sort of 'DOT approved' tires. you won't have any problems if the roads are dry. if its wet then it might not be too fun. There are lots of twistys and you can take them as slow as you want, so id say you wont have any problems.

FOUL!!! I remember saying these exact words, "Marc, dude I'll be there no matter what! wedding or a funeral!"
Now I'm eating my words My car is broken and I have to work more overtime to pay for it. So far 26 days straight! Okay a couple days off here and there and yes I worked Labor day weekend JUST to make it to the ride tomorrow. I'm so jealous... I'm almost ummm too sick to stay at work
I know... whaa whaa whaaaaa! I'm a wuss right now ;( Look forward to some sick pics on here though.

i'll post some links later tonight. but in Pg 3 of the Honda-Tech post there's a ton, and theres 2 seperate pic posts on NASIOC. SRT4 forums has a pic post, Seattle-Imports has a pic post, Supraforums, RX-7club... there all over the place. But not too many amateur submissions.

TO Marc an Mark!!! Your R32 and R33 were sicker than I have ever seen them!!! WE SHOULD KICK IT SOME TIME! I'll practice detailing them although Marco's R32 was cleaner this time than at Performance Nissan.
I'm glad I didn't make it in the Hatch Marc, I would have smoked out a few quarts of oil on all those rides in the sickest traffic ever!
I'm lookin for a new motor for it since I can't persuade you to give up the sil or the GTr! Truely OBsessed!!! All I can say.
