I dig up about a cubic yard of dirt to make a gravel path, so now I have a pile of dirt sitting at my front yard. I want to know where can I dump those dirt for a small fee. I tried to post it on craigslist and see if anyone would want some free dirt, no one reply, anyone know where I can dump them? I'm at the Weat Seattle area.
Thanks

Place said dirt at rear section of pick-up bed (preferably 8' minimum length) as close as possible to tailgate opening... Once that has been done, you can relax and pound a few brewskies (you've worked hard) and wait for the hour of 1:00am. to arrive...
At precisely 1:00am., open tail gate of truck and proceed to the West Seattle fwy, heading East, merge onto I-5 southbound... Once on I-5, get up to 68mph. as quickly as possible, without attracting attention to yourself... Maintain 68mph. attempting to limit any lane changes (they'll affect the head on disbursement rate of the air flow) until you reach the little town of Dupont... Exit I-5 at Dupont and check for complete disbursement... Disbursement may vary due to head/tail winds, vehicle height/weight, number of necessary lane changes and consistany of said dirt pile... IF disbursement is complete, close tailgate, crack fresh brewskie and settle in for uneventful drive back home...
IF necessary, merge back onto I-5 (northbound this time) to eliminate any stragglers that may be still hanging on (under NO circumstances do you physically touch said dirt in the rear of truck once this trip has been initiated, that's dumping and is accompanied by a hefty fine)...
Some of you may feel that this is at minimum an unethical practice, but the insuing "dusting" of the freeway actually helps to absorb some of the oil that is deposited on the road surface by leaking vehicles and also allows the ABS pumps (on vehicles so equipped) to actually function in a "light" braking application that otherwise would go unused and possibly fail when actually needed...
