I've saved enough to do the upgrade, but the thing is I really want to keep the reliability I have right now, the daily car ride but just getting as much power as possible while keeping it streetable. haha hard to describe, i hope you understand me, I just don't want a very bumpy idle, or an extreme pull on first gear every time I launch.

Current Setup:
B16A with street master head work by Alaniz.
Eagle Rods, Arias High Compression 11.5:1, 81.5 mm pistons.
ARP Head Studs, Cometic .030" Head Gasket, Hondata IM Gasket.
Stock Fuel Injectors (yes, i know), B&M fuel pressure regulator.
ITR Valvetrain.
Skunk2 Stage1 Cams, and S2 cam gears.
Stock Valves.
S2 Intake Manifold.
BBK 70mm throttle body.
AEM V2 Intake.
DC Sports jdm 4-1 header
Full 2.5" exhaust, no cat, just one silencer and OBX twin loop muffler.
Hondata S200, p28 ecu.

Here is the dyno from the first and only tunning, it was before I installed the jdm header, and 2.5" exhaust.

I know I can make more power from these setup, but as I've said I don't want a race car, so here is where I need some help. These are the cam options I have considered. The order is the actual decision order I have.

RM M24x Cam Type - Int. Duration - Int. Lift - Ex. Duration - Ex. Lift
M24X - 298 - 12.7 - 305 - 12.1

RM M22xx 12mm Lift In/Ex
254 Duration In/Ex at 0.050"
207 Duration Race Primary

RM M22x Cam Type - Int. Duration - Int. Lift - Ex. Duration - Ex. Lift
M22x - 284 - 12.1 - 284 - 12.1

Skunk 2 Pro 2 Int 12.8 / Exh 12.0mm lift, Int 270° / Exh 276° dur. @ 1mm I think...

Buddy Club Spec IV Intake 306 dur, / 12.3mm lift, Exhaust 302 dur, 11.8mm lift .

"Toda Spec B
Int-295 dur. / 12.0mm lift
Exh-285 dur. / 12.0mm lift"

I'm also upgrading valves for Omni flat valves, and fuel injectors for some RC 370 or 440 not sure yet...

So those are basically my options, I really don't know how to really compare the M22x with the m22xx, but any help is apreciated here. Thanks.

ur looking a little large for cams IMO. u only have a small dispalcement b16, most those cams need more displacement.
I'd say some good options would be s2s2, m22x, pro1's, or bc4.

even though theyre kind of out dated now, based on that u say u want more top end w/ out sacrificing idle and reliability, I'd say s2s2's are the best option.

I had that thought also about big cams for this displacement, and as I've read, s2pro1 is better than s2s2, but I'm really looking for the m22x at least, you mentioned the bc4 and that is a big cam also, almost as big as the m24x... I've been looking for some experience with some of these cams but no luck so far, so I'll be waiting for some more posts here...

i used to have the specs for all these cams, but i lost them when im computer crashed, so i wish i could comment better, but i dont have the specs in front of me. but from what i remember...

i've seen m22x's used before on b16's effectivly. u definatly have enought CR to run them on ur b16.
IMO s2p1 & bc4's could be used but are really pushing it on being to big.
Toda B i think would be fine, but i'm not all that familiar w/ them.
s2s2 are also a good choice.

My top picks would be s2s2 or m22x. Both would probably give similar top end but the m22's should give a little more midrange. Both should idle fine.

I don't know much about Rocket cams, but I saw M22X on HT used on B16 and made good power. BC4 and S2P1 are too big for your setup I think, though you could get away using them, you'd probably need at least a 12:1 CR to run those on a 1.6L. My suggestion is S2S2 also.
