VTECTurtle VTECTurtle Newbie Registered: 02/14/06 Posts: 8 Loc: California	I have a Civic witha JDM B18C1. When I'm driving on the highway or just cruising and the RPM's are at about 3,200 or 3,500 the engine bogs down. After that on take off there is NO power it has a hard time getting up to about 4,000 RPM after that it pulls but not hard. Someone told me that my timing may be off. But its set at about 17 degrees. Can anyone let me know what may be casuing this problem. Thanks. Turtle
