Just getting my turbo set up under way and here it is so far
B16A
stock bottom
custom SS mani
255lb FP
RC 440's
hondata s200
tial 35mm wg
custom intercooler and piping

cant remember everything, but looking for NO more than 12psi..
would this turbo be too much???

Should be fine. But for the price of the s200 plus OBD1 conversion, wiring, and tuning, you could have forged pistons/rods, fresh rings, and use an SMC or AFC hack, and run more than 12 psi.

Custom SS manifold (what company? what materials?)
255lph hp (good for 500whp)
RC 440 (overpriced IMO. get some precision injectors)
Hondata s200 (perfect)
TiAL 35mm (was replaced with the 38mm)
Customer intercooler (what intercooler core? get a Precision)
Type S blowoff valve (get a TiAL with a soft spring)
I would recommend an SC34 depending on your power goals.

Everyone is selling ss 304 manifolds on Ebay..... 
are they worth it or what...some look like the welds are great and supports are welded in??????
200 bucks
or just get a shitty cast iron one

Link me to the manifold. Most are not worth it. Get an Inline Pro manifold. There are people making 300whp and people making 500whp with them.

Well all i have to say is that there is a guy from Farmington, forged pistons/rods; ran an 11.9 on 24psi at 5700 ft. with an Msd 6btm, the SMC 500, and RC 550s. Its not like there is some magic elf inside the Hondata box that makes stock Honda blocks stronger. The fact is that all hondatas when tuned are put on a wideband, where as alot of other methods aren't. If you have easy access to a wideband, have an egt gauge and a BTM, then you can easily make more power with that method and the built block than with stock on hondata. Im not saying the SMC is as good as Hondata, but if i had limited funds, i go with the built block. Oh yeah, the guy from farmington has been running that much for about a year now...
Here is the thread about him if anyone is interested. Best time is a 11.6 at 116. Oh yeah, stock rods  . Looks like his tranny just broke too. (middle 2nd page is where it starts.)SMCd 11 sec civic

Dude what are you talking about? Not all Hondatas are tuned on a dyno! If you have the datalogging software and a wideband you can tune the car without a dyno as long as you have all of the necessary go fast parts properly installed.
AR.82 exhaust housing is too big unless you punch the block to 84mm and/or set the rev limit to MARS(10k+ rpm)

Yeah i should have said wideband tuned, but i thought that most people would have gotten my point that the main idea of tuning on a dyno is the use of a wideband. my car has never been on a dyno.
