Setting money aside, how do the type r cams compare to the gsr cams on a boosted b16? I've been reading some posts on clubSi but can't seem to get the answer i'm lookin for. Can adjustable cam gears correct the overlap? Can I get mor hp outta type r cams w/ adjustable cam gears?

GSR cams are great for a cheap solution. Type R cams are expensive and you might as well buy a set of aftermarket cams.

what if you could pick up a good set of itr cams for the price of gsr cams? Would you change that decision?

yes if you can get a set of ITR cams for a good price then do it. more duration than the GSR cams. but neither of them has "enough" lift.
