Just past 120k miles on odometer. Have not put the car on the dyno since September 2002year. Back than it dynoed at a whopping 296whp and 194wtq =O. Relaced mapsensor and just new plugs last week. Back on the dyno it went. The only part I added on was a Quaife ATB Diff in 2003year. To my suprise it pull 299whp and 195wtq on a hot 92'degree day. Hail to cheap speed.

You know after nearly 8 years running this setup. I dont know if I could get more greedy. If any of you guys drive your car as much as I do..LOL. I work in commercial realestate. So I put about 100-150miles a day. The 120k miles is on boost. TOTAL miles including when it was NA and stock...is at 147K miles on the odometer. Even with 299whp at 12psi. Its still alot more than I need on the street daily. Its enough power to hang with a mildly supped EVOs and STIs, Killing 350z and G35 all day long. Thats enough for me. =)

I'm hoping mine lasts as many miles with a set of forged pistons and rods! I do around 60miles a day so reliability is a must! It's not doing bad though, averaging 35mpg(imperial) with a nice t3/t04e 57trim,road tuned by me

As smooth as a baby's arse It's only running 6psi at the mo but it drives like it's stock off boost and feels like the turbo has been on from the factory. It's come a long way.I may turn up the boost when I get a bigger exhaust and uprated clutch.I'm thinking of getting a DC2 ITR next though,so I might just swap all of the turbo bits over and throw in some forged pistons and rods

Awesome..sounds like you are having a good experience..nice job.

6psi is only scratching the surface..you could DD 10psi EASILY assuming the tune is accurate.

10psi on stock internals will net you around ~275whp give or take a few whp.

DAmn....I be lucky to get 30mpg on highway driving. City driving...the gauge just slowly drops.
Agreed with ADAM. I think my setup was at 8psi for about 2hours..LOL
around 10-15psi is where the fun starts.=)

Thanks for the good comments guys.I'm only using 440cc injectors with a Walbro pump on standard fuel pressure.I do have a 9psi spring though \:\)

Can the 440cc injectors cope with 9psi? It's no problem tuning.I just hook up my laptop and keep an eye on the wideband.

I am still running the standard ORIGINAL clutch though. It's on it's last legs after 118k miles and 15years

I have 440cc, and 12-15psi all day no problems. Damn..118k on oem clutch...thats some brave Sh@T...LOL.

Im on my 4th clutch. Go with Competition Clutch. They are not too pricey and last about 2-3years. I have the ceramic 4 stage 4.

My stock clutch lasted only a few months @ 200whp...

I used a CM (clutchmasters) Stage III clutch and absolutly loved it...

Haha.. Taking a drive on the GW Parkway 6AM Sunday. Man ..freaking crazy that this cheap Honda can still pull hard up to 8300rpm. It has freaking over 100kmiles on boost. I figured the reliability wouldnt last after time. BUT the oil dipstick tube is coming loose though. ARRRRGGHHH.! Honda's quality for ya..LOL.
