remove it youre self i had a ticket for tinted windows also. the film will all just remove easy and then scrap off the glue residue with a razor and windex

if it is the front windows, just do it yourself. do it while the sun is out as it will peel off much better hot. use a razor blade to get it going then just peel slowly. start in the center of the window and work toward the sides and bottom. I just did mine on Saturday because it was starting to peel and cause my windows to roll up/down weird.
