Alright well I own a 06' black si while a friend of mine owns a Cobalt SS with the supercharger...now I've had many friends tell me my car would kill him while alot of other people say his car will kill mine....now yesterday he gave me a ride in his cobalt....and although I was drunk I still remember how much power that shit had....was crazy....anyone know which would win in a race 1/4?

Yea I figured but when he gave me a ride last night he red lined it and fuck man that thing hauled ass.....I haven't raced my Si yet as I'm still breakin it in

You'd get wrecked. SS is the more forgiving car for drivers who suck at driving (read: can't launch and can't shift). And I bet you can't drive.

For 600 bucks you can get a 270WHP on a stock cobalt, there's a package for sale by a few vendors which include new fuel injectors, supercharger pulley, computer upgrade. There's a stage three just released, still awaiting dyno numers but it will be well over 300 whp for roughly 1000 bucks.
These ecotec engines are incredible powerplants. People can talk sh!t on non-imports all day long, but the ecotec can put out incredible power and run very smoothly and effeciently.
205-210WHP is a repeatable, common dynojet figure for Cobalt SS Supercharged. Seen it more than once with my own eyes. 226 WHP stock from a Cobalt SS = rere dyno operator / not repeatable.

He's the fucking tool but you're the one saying Cobalts dyno 226whp. No fucking WAI. Maybe you got them confused w/ SRTs or something. Either way you need to end yourself.
The Cobalt should have a slight advantage over the Si. It's not gonna be a raping but it should walk decently. If this kid can drive then he might hang w/ it but by reading his posts and his apparent apptitude for replying just like ever other ricer I don't think he can. Sounds like the type that would blame his 2.5 60' on stock tires on his car being soooo light.
